Application Support Analyst – Healthcare IT | Homecare Homebase (HCHB)
Location: Remote with minimal travel | Full-time, 40 hours/week | Contract-to-Hire Potential

CornerStone Technology Talent Services (TTS), a nationally recognized woman-owned IT staffing firm, is seeking experienced Application Support Analysts with deep proficiency in Homecare Homebase (HCHB). This is an opportunity to support high-impact healthcare operations while aligning with a staffing partner that understands the technical landscape and values strategic career alignment.

We’re hiring four professionals who are comfortable operating independently, capable of managing their workload, and confident working in a clinical support environment. About the Role

As an Application Support Analyst, you’ll serve as a subject matter expert for Homecare Homebase and related clinical systems. You’ll work closely with technical and clinical stakeholders to maintain system functionality, troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure a seamless user experience. This role supports both reactive ticket-based support and proactive system improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced application support and troubleshooting for HCHB and related systems across desktop and mobile platforms

  • Serve as a primary escalation point for complex system and workflow issues

  • Identify opportunities for system enhancements and optimization; implement changes in coordination with internal teams

  • Collaborate with clinicians, operations, compliance, and IT to ensure solutions are technically sound and operationally effective

  • Develop and maintain knowledge base materials, including user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting documentation

  • Participate in a rotating on-call support schedule shared across a 7-person team

  • Maintain a high standard of data integrity, system reliability, and end-user satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting or implementing Homecare Homebase (HCHB) in a healthcare IT environment

  • Proven ability to manage support queues independently, prioritize workload, and resolve escalated issues

  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users

  • Experience supporting clinical end-users and workflows in home health, hospice, or mobile care environments

  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes initiative without requiring oversight

Work Schedule and Expectations

  • Core hours between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM based on your time zone

  • Shared on-call rotation for weekend coverage

  • Primarily remote with occasional travel if required
