CAPPS Financials Asset Management Analyst (PeopleSoft FSCM)
CornerStone Technology Talent Services is partnering with a leading public-sector organization seeking a senior-level CAPPS Financials Asset Management Analyst with deep expertise in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2. This is an opportunity to play a critical role supporting one of the largest enterprise ERP environments in Texas, helping maintain and enhance a statewide financial platform relied upon by numerous government agencies.

We're looking for a functional expert who understands enterprise ERP ecosystems—not just how the software works, but how financial operations, compliance, integrations, and business processes come together to support mission-critical services.
What You'll Do
  • Serve as the functional expert for the PeopleSoft FSCM Asset Management module, supporting daily operations, enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
  • Configure and maintain complex Asset Management functionality including:
    • Asset Books
    • Asset Profiles
    • Capitalization
    • CIP
    • Depreciation
    • Transfers
    • Retirements
    • Asset accounting
  • Support integrations between Asset Management and:
    • General Ledger
    • Purchasing
    • Accounts Payable
    • Other FSCM modules
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide advanced functional support.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend system improvements.
  • Coordinate functional testing, UAT, upgrades, and release activities.
  • Support fiscal year-end processing and enterprise financial operations.
  • Monitor enterprise batch processing and resolve job failures.
  • Create functional design documentation and system specifications.
  • Work closely with developers on enhancements involving SQL, SQR, BI Publisher, and Application Designer.
  • Participate in disaster recovery testing, major incident response, and enterprise ERP upgrades.
  • Mentor junior analysts while collaborating with cross-functional technical and business teams.
Required Experience
We're seeking professionals who have extensive experience supporting large-scale PeopleSoft Financials environments, specifically:
  • 10+ years supporting PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2
  • Deep expertise with the Asset Management (AM) module
  • Strong functional configuration experience
  • Experience supporting enterprise ERP production environments
  • Advanced SQL skills
  • Experience with:
    • Application Designer
    • SQR
    • BI Publisher
    • Integration Broker
  • Experience supporting complex batch processing environments
  • Functional design documentation (FDDs)
  • Requirements gathering and business process analysis
  • Production support and incident management
  • UAT, regression testing, and release management
  • Experience with PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM), Change Assistant, Fluid UI, and Elasticsearch
  • Strong understanding of ERP security and governance
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
