Clinical Applications Analyst

Type: Long-term Contract
Location: Louisville, KY 40222
Work Setting: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Please Note: Candidates will work onsite at the Louisville Support Center during the first two weeks for onboarding and orientation. Afterward, the schedule will transition to a hybrid model with a minimum of three onsite days per week.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Applications Analyst to support the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing support of enterprise clinical applications. This position will partner with operational and technical teams to troubleshoot issues, implement system improvements, support end users, and ensure reliable application performance across the healthcare environment.

Candidates must have experience supporting clinical applications or Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems. Experience supporting rehabilitation applications or rehabilitation business operations is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of clinical applications.

  • Troubleshoot application issues and provide ongoing end-user support.

  • Participate in application testing prior to production deployments.

  • Document system processes, procedures, and technical documentation.

  • Train users on application functionality and system capabilities.

  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to support application enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Assist with system analysis, solution design, implementation, and production support.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience supporting clinical applications or Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.

  • Experience implementing, upgrading, or supporting enterprise applications.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience documenting technical processes, procedures, and system functionality.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to support and train end users.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting rehabilitation business operations.

  • Experience supporting rehabilitation applications.

  • Experience working within healthcare information systems.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative Clinical Applications Analyst who enjoys solving technical challenges, supporting clinical end users, and improving healthcare technology solutions. This individual is comfortable working independently while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-quality application support.

Additional Requirements

  • Initial two-week onsite orientation in Louisville, KY.

  • Hybrid schedule (minimum 3 days onsite / 2 days remote) following orientation.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
