Digital Health Product Manager II (Remote Must reside in TX, AZ, KY, TN, GA, SC, NC, FL)
CornerStone Technology Talent Services (TTS) is partnering with an innovative healthcare organization seeking a Digital Health Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of digital experiences that improve member engagement and healthcare outcomes.

What You'll Do
As the Digital Health Product Manager, you will own the product vision and roadmap for a customer-facing healthcare platform, ensuring digital experiences are intuitive, personalized, and aligned with both member needs and business objectives.

You'll collaborate across Product, Engineering, UX, Clinical Operations, Compliance, Marketing, Analytics, and Executive Leadership to define priorities, balance competing initiatives, and successfully deliver high-impact digital capabilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Own product strategy, roadmap, backlog, and feature prioritization for a consumer-facing digital healthcare platform.

  • Translate business objectives, customer insights, and regulatory requirements into actionable product requirements and user stories.

  • Partner with UX, Engineering, Architecture, and Analytics teams throughout the full product lifecycle from discovery through production.

  • Drive Agile delivery by managing sprint planning, backlog refinement, feature prioritization, and release planning.

  • Serve as the primary product liaison across business stakeholders while communicating priorities, timelines, risks, and tradeoffs.

  • Analyze customer behavior and digital engagement metrics to identify opportunities for product enhancements.

  • Lead data-driven product decisions through customer feedback, analytics, experimentation, and A/B testing.

  • Continuously improve member engagement, digital adoption, benefits utilization, and overall customer experience.

  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that impact digital healthcare products.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking an experienced Product Manager who combines strong business acumen with technical fluency and exceptional stakeholder management skills.

Ideal candidates will have experience with:

  • 3+ years of Product Management or Digital Product Ownership experience

  • Consumer-facing web or mobile digital products

  • Healthcare technology, health plans, payer organizations, or Medicare Advantage products

  • Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe product delivery methodologies

  • Product roadmap ownership and backlog management

  • Cross-functional leadership across Product, Engineering, UX, Analytics, and Business teams

  • Customer journey mapping and user-centered product design

  • Product discovery, requirements gathering, and feature prioritization

  • APIs, systems integrations, and modern digital platforms

  • Product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Mixpanel

  • Experimentation and A/B testing methodologies

  • Data-driven decision making using customer insights and behavioral analytics

  • Executive-level communication and stakeholder management
Preferred Experience
Experience in one or more of the following is highly valued:

  • Customer Experience (CX)

  • Healthcare Compliance or CMS environments
