Endpoint Engineering & Device Lifecycle Management
Design, build, and maintain secure Windows and macOS workstation images
Support endpoint lifecycle operations including:
Provisioning
Enrollment
Reassignment
Decommissioning
Secure device retirement
Develop and maintain endpoint configuration standards and security baselines
Ensure devices meet compliance and security requirements prior to production use
Microsoft Intune, Autopilot & JAMF Administration
Administer and support:
Microsoft Intune
Windows Autopilot
JAMF Pro
Apple Business Manager
Implement device enrollment and provisioning workflows
Manage compliance policies, configuration profiles, and conditional access controls
Support passwordless authentication and hardware-backed security credentials
Imaging, Automation & Patch Management
Create and maintain automated workstation deployment processes
Manage OS and application patching across Windows and macOS platforms
Utilize enterprise endpoint management tools to:
Deploy software
Remediate vulnerabilities
Maintain version control
Reduce configuration drift
Develop automation scripts and operational workflows to improve efficiency
Security & Endpoint Hardening
Implement and maintain endpoint security controls
Support:
Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR)
Security monitoring
Device compliance enforcement
Secure authentication methods
Assist with endpoint security audits and remediation efforts
Participate in threat mitigation and security improvement initiatives
Logging, Monitoring & Telemetry
Configure and maintain endpoint telemetry and logging solutions
Ensure endpoint logs are properly collected, normalized, and forwarded to centralized monitoring platforms
Support operational monitoring and compliance reporting
Assist with forensic collection and incident response support activities
Documentation & Knowledge Transfer
Develop and maintain:
Runbooks
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
