Senior Full Stack Engineer – Palantir Foundry & AI Solutions Onsite: Dallas, TX Build the Future of Enterprise AI
CornerStone Technology Talent Services is partnering with organizations at the forefront of digital transformation, data intelligence, and enterprise AI. We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer with deep Palantir Foundry expertise who can architect, build, and deploy intelligent applications that turn complex enterprise data into actionable business outcomes.

This is a highly specialized role for engineers who have successfully delivered production-grade solutions within the Palantir ecosystem and can demonstrate hands-on ownership of Foundry implementations from data ingestion through AI-powered business applications.

What You'll Do Build End-to-End Enterprise Applications

  • Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications within the Palantir Foundry ecosystem.

  • Create scalable, production-grade solutions using React, TypeScript, Python, and modern application development practices.

  • Develop intuitive user experiences that transform complex operational data into actionable insights for business users.

  • Build secure, high-performance applications capable of supporting enterprise-scale operations.
Drive AI & Agentic Workflow Development

  • Design and implement AI-powered applications leveraging Palantir AIP.

  • Build agentic workflows that automate decision-making and operational processes.

  • Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into business workflows using AIP Logic, AIP Assist, and related Foundry capabilities.

  • Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions that combine enterprise knowledge with generative AI.

  • Create intelligent systems that blend traditional analytics, business logic, and AI-driven reasoning.
Engineer Data-Driven Solutions

  • Design and optimize data pipelines that support enterprise applications.

  • Build and maintain Ontology-driven solutions that connect operational systems, business processes, and AI applications.

  • Work with large-scale datasets using Python, Spark, and PySpark.

  • Ensure data quality, governance, security, and scalability across the application lifecycle.
Deliver Business Impact

  • Translate complex business challenges into technical solutions.

  • Partner with stakeholders to develop AI-enabled operational workflows.

  • Build applications that improve efficiency, automate manual processes, and drive measurable business outcomes.

  • Contribute to architecture decisions and best practices across Foundry implementations.

Required Experience Palantir Foundry (Must-Have)

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience.

  • Strong hands-on experience building solutions within Palantir Foundry.

  • Deep understanding of:

    • Ontology

    • AIP (Artificial Intelligence Platform)

    • Workshop

    • Pipeline Builder

    • Data integration and transformation workflows

  • Ability to clearly explain architecture decisions and prior Foundry implementations.

  • Proven experience understanding how data flows from source systems into Foundry and through the Ontology to downstream applications and business processes.
Full Stack Development

  • Expert-level experience with:

    • React

    • TypeScript

    • JavaScript

    • Modern frontend architecture

  • Strong backend development experience with:

    • Python

    • REST APIs

    • Microservices

  • Experience with GraphQL and enterprise application development.
Data Engineering

  • Strong experience with:

    • Spark / PySpark

    • Data pipelines

    • ETL/ELT processes

    • Enterprise-scale data platforms

  • Understanding of data modeling and analytics workflows.
AI & Emerging Technologies

  • Hands-on experience implementing:

    • Generative AI solutions

    • LLM-powered applications

    • Agentic workflows

    • RAG architectures

    • Prompt engineering

  • Experience deploying AI capabilities into production business environments.

What Makes Someone Successful in This Role
The ideal candidate is not simply a developer who has been exposed to Foundry. They have personally built and deployed Foundry solutions, understand Ontology design and downstream consumption patterns, and can articulate how enterprise data becomes operational intelligence through the platform.

They should be able to discuss:

  • Real-world Foundry implementations they personally contributed to.

  • Ontology architecture and business object modeling.

  • Data ingestion, transformation, and lineage within Foundry.

  • AIP use cases and agentic workflow development.

  • Production AI deployments and measurable business outcomes.

Candidate Screening Expectations
Due to the highly specialized nature of this opportunity, candidates should demonstrate:

  • Significant hands-on Palantir Foundry experience.

  • Strong communication skills and technical depth.

  • The ability to walk through architecture, design decisions, and implementation details.

  • Practical experience with AIP and AI-enabled business workflows.

  • A track record of delivering enterprise-grade solutions in production environments.

Candidates lacking direct Foundry implementation experience, Ontology expertise, or hands-on AIP exposure will not be considered.
