Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Coordinator to support enterprise technology initiatives within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working alongside Project Managers, technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to ensure successful execution of technology projects.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in project planning, scheduling, documentation management, stakeholder communications, meeting facilitation, reporting, and project governance activities. This individual will help drive project momentum while ensuring deliverables, timelines, and project documentation remain accurate and up to date.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Support Project Managers across multiple concurrent technology initiatives.
  • Coordinate project schedules, meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications.
  • Maintain project plans, timelines, action items, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Create and manage project documentation, status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
  • Track project milestones and assist with project governance processes.
  • Facilitate information gathering, requirements validation, and project readiness activities.
  • Assist with change management, end-user communications, and training coordination.
  • Partner with technical teams to ensure project deliverables align with business objectives.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential risks or schedule impacts.
  • Support resource planning and project reporting activities.

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience supporting IT projects, PMO functions, or enterprise technology initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies and project coordination best practices.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Experience creating project schedules, status reports, meeting documentation, and executive presentations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams.

Preferred Experience
  • Experience supporting infrastructure, cloud, systems implementation, digital transformation, ERP, or enterprise application projects.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Experience working within a PMO environment.
  • Knowledge of project management platforms such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project Online.
  • Exposure to change management and end-user adoption initiatives.
