Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex cybersecurity, infrastructure, and technology initiatives within a highly secure enterprise environment.
This role will serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership while overseeing project planning, execution, risk management, resource coordination, and delivery management. The ideal candidate combines strong project management expertise with a solid understanding of information technology, cybersecurity operations, and enterprise infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Lead project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout activities
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, timelines, and success criteria
Develop project schedules, implementation plans, and resource allocation strategies
Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables
Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, leadership, and business stakeholders
Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, and executive briefings
Communicate project status, risks, issues, and mitigation plans
Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle
Resource & Budget Management
Coordinate project resources and task assignments across multiple teams
Monitor project budgets, labor utilization, and forecast resource requirements
Track project expenditures and support financial reporting activities
Ensure effective utilization of personnel and project resources
Risk & Quality Management
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
Develop contingency and remediation plans when necessary
Monitor project deliverables to ensure quality standards and business requirements are met
Support change management and project governance processes
Documentation & Process Improvement
Develop and maintain:
Project plans
Status reports
Risk registers
Meeting documentation
Process documentation
Work instructions and procedures
Promote continuous improvement and project management best practices
Required Qualifications
10+ years of project management experience supporting enterprise IT initiatives
OR
PMP Certification with demonstrated experience managing large-scale technology projects
Strong understanding of:
Information Technology infrastructure
Cybersecurity operations
Enterprise technology environments
Project delivery methodologies
Experience with:
Project planning and scheduling
Budget management
Risk management
Resource allocation
Executive reporting
Stakeholder management
Experience using project management and collaboration tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in:
Information Technology
Computer Science
Cybersecurity
Business Administration
Related field
PMP Certification
Experience supporting:
Cybersecurity initiatives
Infrastructure modernization projects
Cloud transformation efforts
Government or highly regulated environments
Familiarity with:
ITIL

Enterprise security programs
Required Clearance
Active Top Secret (TS) Security Clearance
Clearance must be active and verifiable at the time of submission
