Job Description

IT Support Admin
Type: Long-term Contract

Location: Richardson, TX

Work Setting: Onsite

Compensation: $14–$17/hour
What You’ll Do
  • Support employees via phone, voicemail, and email
  • Assist with general technical, process, and policy questions
  • Manage and resolve requests using a ticketing system
  • Maintain organization charts, rosters, and internal documentation
  • Schedule meetings, calls, and complete administrative tasks
  • Update internal databases with case or status changes
  • Escalate issues requiring compliance or management review
What You’ll Need
  • Strong skills in Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Experience with help desk or ticketing tools (Genesys a plus)
  • Clear communication and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
