CornerStone Technology Talent Services (TTS) is hiring

CornerStone TTS is seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to lead the business-facing execution of a large-scale ERP modernization initiative within a regulated healthcare environment.

This is a high-visibility enterprise transformation effort. The organization is replacing a legacy ERP platform that has been incrementally extended for over a decade and is now moving forward with a full modernization of its core system. Multiple initiatives will be running in parallel, and this role will serve as the internal leader driving business alignment, stakeholder engagement, and change adoption.

This position is 100% onsite and requires prior experience working in regulated healthcare environments.

The Opportunity

This is not a technical project management role. The selected individual will serve as the internal face of the ERP transformation, partnering closely with business stakeholders, internal IT leadership, and the external implementation vendor.

You will lead the business side of the transformation, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement, structured governance, executive communication, and disciplined change management across approximately 75 business stakeholders. The internal IT team is lean, and the external vendor manages the primary technical delivery, making business leadership and organizational alignment critical to success.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the internal leader and trusted advisor for the ERP modernization initiative
Drive structured change management and adoption planning
Provide high-touch stakeholder engagement across multiple business units
Translate vendor updates into clear, actionable business communication
Coordinate efforts across business teams, internal IT, and external implementation partners
Support executive-level reporting, governance processes, and decision frameworks
Maintain strong documentation discipline aligned with regulated healthcare requirements
Ensure readiness for validation, structured change control, and audit review

Regulatory Environment

This software environment operates within a healthcare regulatory framework requiring disciplined documentation, validation rigor, formalized change control processes, and audit preparedness. Experience navigating regulated systems and structured compliance environments is essential.

Qualifications

PMP certification required
Enterprise-level ERP implementation experience from the business side
Strong change management background
Demonstrated executive presence and high emotional intelligence
Experience working onsite in stakeholder-heavy environments
Background in regulated healthcare settings
Proven ability to drive alignment across business, IT, and vendor partners
