Job Title: SAP Project Implementation Manager
Duration: 12 month contract
Start Date: January 13, 2026
Work Location: Onsite – Columbia, SC (Primary location required)

Role Overview
The SAP Project Implementation Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating SAP finance and treasury-related implementation projects, including the retirement of legacy financial systems and integration into an enterprise SAP ERP environment. This role provides project leadership across functional and technical teams, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, budget, and quality.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans supporting SAP finance and treasury implementations
• Coordinate closely with finance, treasury, and technical team leads to align timelines, milestones, and dependencies
• Provide overall project coordination, status reporting, and execution stability
• Manage communication across stakeholders impacting scope, budget, risk, and resourcing
• Identify, monitor, and escalate project risks and issues that may affect delivery
• Report system development and implementation impacts related to cost, resources, or timelines
• Ensure timely and structured project closeout, including lessons learned and documentation archiving
• Recommend and apply project and portfolio management best practices

Required Skills (in order of importance)
• Microsoft Project
• SAP Project Management
• SAP Implementation Experience

Preferred Skills (in order of importance)
• SAP Finance and Treasury Management modules and integrations
• Process mapping (MS Visio)
• Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Agile project delivery methodologies

Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 5+ years of SAP implementation and project management experience

Certifications
• PMP or other PMI-recognized project management certification
