SAP S/4HANA Program Manager (15+ Years) – Enterprise Transformation | Life Sciences Preferred
CornerStone Technology Talent Services is partnering with an enterprise organization seeking an accomplished SAP S/4HANA Program Manager to lead a large-scale digital transformation initiative. This is an opportunity for a senior SAP leader who has successfully delivered complex, enterprise-wide S/4HANA implementations and thrives working with executive leadership, global stakeholders, and cross-functional delivery teams.

What You'll Do
  • Lead enterprise-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation programs from planning through deployment and stabilization.
  • Partner with executive leadership, business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, technical teams, system integrators, and third-party vendors.
  • Manage program governance, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting.
  • Coordinate multiple workstreams across functional, technical, integration, testing, data migration, and change management teams.
  • Drive successful program execution while ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational priorities.
  • Facilitate steering committee meetings and provide clear communication to executive stakeholders.
  • Resolve complex project challenges while maintaining delivery quality and program momentum.
  • Ensure implementation follows SAP best practices, governance standards, and enterprise delivery methodologies.
Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of SAP Program or Project Management experience.
  • Extensive experience leading full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations in large enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated success managing highly complex, multi-workstream SAP transformation programs.
  • Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working directly with senior leadership and managing large cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Proven ability to manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and vendor relationships.
  • Strong understanding of SAP implementation methodologies and enterprise delivery frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience within Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Biotechnology, Healthcare, or another highly regulated industry.
  • Background delivering global or multi-site SAP transformations.
  • Experience coordinating large system integrator teams and enterprise SAP deployments.
  • Knowledge of organizational change management and business transformation initiatives.
