Scrum Master | Agile Delivery Leader (Remote / Hybrid – Brooklyn, OH Preferred)

CornerStone TTS is partnering with a leading enterprise organization undergoing continued digital and agile transformation. We’re seeking a Scrum Master who thrives in fast-paced environments, can drive execution across cross-functional teams, and brings a practical, delivery-focused approach to Agile.

This is an opportunity to step into a high-visibility role where you’ll influence team performance, remove delivery friction, and help scale Agile maturity within a complex technology landscape.
What You’ll Do
  • Lead Agile ceremonies and drive consistent sprint execution across cross-functional teams
  • Act as a servant leader and coach, improving team velocity, accountability, and delivery outcomes
  • Remove blockers and manage dependencies to keep teams focused and productive
  • Partner with stakeholders to align delivery with broader business objectives
  • Track and communicate progress, risks, and outcomes with clarity and precision
  • Promote continuous improvement, fostering a culture of transparency and feedback
  • Support teams in balancing speed, quality, and scope in a dynamic environment
What We’re Looking For
  • Hands-on Scrum Master experience in Agile delivery environments (3+ years)
  • Additional experience working within Agile project teams or frameworks
  • Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and solve problems in real time
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional technical teams (engineering, product, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence without authority
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
Nice to Have
  • Advanced Agile certifications (e.g., CSP)
  • Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments
  • Exposure to Agile transformation or scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, etc.)
