CornerStone TTS is Hiring: Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst
Location: DFW Local Hybrid Only
Type: Full-Time, Contract-to-Hire - no sponsorship or relocation available
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Standard Business Hours


Position Overview:
CornerStone TTS is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to lead the design, development, and delivery of advanced analytics solutions that drive high-level business decisions. This is a strategic, hands-on role focused on data modeling, dashboard development, and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in SQL, Tableau, and Snowflake, paired with the ability to communicate complex data clearly to business leaders. You’ll partner with executive stakeholders, deliver high-impact insights, and help shape a data-driven culture across the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

Data Strategy & Insights

  • Design and develop interactive dashboards and data models in Tableau

  • Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities

  • Translate technical findings into business-focused insights and recommendations

  • Ensure all BI work aligns with the organization’s strategic priorities

Data Management & Optimization

  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction and transformation

  • Manage and enhance ETL pipelines to ensure data accuracy and reliability

  • Serve as the internal Snowflake SME, promoting best practices and platform efficiency

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting needs

  • Present actionable data insights to executive leadership and operational teams

  • Mentor junior analysts and support knowledge sharing across the BI team


Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in BI or data analytics roles, with enterprise-level data experience

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Snowflake

  • Experience with Salesforce reporting and CRM Analytics

  • Strong communication skills, including experience presenting to executive stakeholders

  • Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field

  • Industry experience in insurance, financial services, or another data-centric field

  • Familiarity with Python or R for advanced analytics or predictive modeling

  • Expertise in data storytelling and visualization best practices
