CornerStone Technology Talent Services is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive for a rapidly growing technology and compliance solutions organization supporting enterprise clients nationwide. As the Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new logo business, managing complex consultative sales cycles, and developing strategic relationships with enterprise decision makers. You will thrive in this role if you have a strong enterprise sales background, experience selling technical solutions, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment. What You’ll Actually Do as the Senior Enterprise Account Executive:
  • Drive full-cycle enterprise sales from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close
  • Build and execute strategic account plans to generate pipeline growth and exceed revenue targets
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations with executive stakeholders and technical decision makers
  • Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and long buying processes
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM documentation, and pipeline management
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Represent the organization through virtual meetings, networking events, and industry conferences
What You’ll Need to Succeed as the Senior Enterprise Account Executive:
  • 3+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience with consistent quota attainment
  • Experience selling cybersecurity, SaaS, software, technical, or professional services solutions
  • Strong consultative selling, objection handling, and executive communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a structured, metrics-driven, high-growth environment
  • Experience managing long enterprise sales cycles and complex deal strategies
  • Professional presence, strong business acumen, and high attention to detail
  • Stable work history with demonstrated performance success

  • Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Challenger
  • Strategic account planning frameworks
