This role requires an accomplished full stack developer with extensive experience building modern web applications using .NET Core, React JS, SQL Server, Oracle, Azure, and Power BI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background modernizing legacy applications, migrating data, developing cloud-based solutions, and delivering scalable enterprise software in Agile environments.

Full Stack Application Development
Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise web applications using:

Develop RESTful APIs and backend services

Modernize legacy applications into cloud-enabled web solutions
Database & Data Migration
Design and optimize SQL Server databases, including:

Perform Oracle-to-SQL Server data migrations
Transform and migrate legacy data into modern enterprise platforms
Ensure data integrity, security, and reliability
Reporting & Analytics
Develop and maintain:
Power BI dashboards

Create reporting solutions that support operational and executive decision-making
Perform data transformations and reporting optimization
Cloud & DevOps
Develop and support cloud-hosted applications using Microsoft Azure
Deploy and manage applications utilizing:

Required Qualifications
11+ years of experience developing enterprise applications using:
.NET Core

React JS
JavaScript
HTML
CSS
11+ years of SQL Server development, database design, and performance tuning
11+ years of Oracle experience, including Oracle-to-SQL Server data migration
11+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports
11+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services
Experience modernizing legacy applications into web-based solutions
Experience transforming and migrating enterprise data
Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices
Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility standards
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting healthcare, government, or highly regulated environments
8+ years working within Agile/Scrum development teams
