About the Opportunity

CornerStone Technology Talent Services is partnering with an enterprise organization to build a high-impact Microsoft 365 Executive Support function based in Addison, TX. This role is designed for a professional who thrives in high-visibility environments and understands that supporting leadership is not just about fixing issues — it’s about enabling productivity at the highest level.

You will serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership, ensuring their day-to-day experience within Microsoft 365 is seamless, efficient, and frictionless. This is a relationship-driven role where technical expertise meets communication, discretion, and real-time problem solving.

What You’ll Own
  • Provide white-glove support to executive leadership across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
  • Anticipate and eliminate friction points before they impact productivity
  • Troubleshoot and resolve high-priority, time-sensitive issues in real time
  • Ensure seamless collaboration across devices, locations, and meeting environments
  • Guide executives through modern M365 workflows, bridging gaps from legacy systems
  • Act as a liaison across infrastructure, security, and support teams to drive resolution
  • Drive adoption and optimization of M365 tools as new capabilities are introduced

  • Ability to troubleshoot across devices, collaboration tools, and user environments
  • Proactive mindset — focused on prevention, not just resolution
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts
