CornerStone TTS is partnering with a large enterprise organization undergoing continued expansion and modernization of its SAP analytics ecosystem. We are seeking a highly experienced Business Intelligence and Analytics Leader who thrives at the intersection of SAP reporting, data architecture, enterprise analytics, and stakeholder engagement.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals who enjoy solving complex reporting challenges, optimizing enterprise data environments, and delivering executive-level insights through modern business intelligence platforms.

You will play a critical role in designing scalable reporting solutions, improving data quality and governance, modernizing legacy reporting frameworks, and driving enterprise-wide analytics initiatives that support financial, operational, workforce, and strategic decision-making.
What You'll Be Working On
As a senior member of the analytics organization, you will lead the design, development, optimization, and support of enterprise reporting solutions across a highly integrated SAP landscape.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Partner with business leaders, technical teams, and executive stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Architect, develop, and optimize SAP BusinessObjects Universes, Web Intelligence reports, dashboards, and enterprise reporting frameworks.
  • Lead reporting modernization initiatives, replacing legacy reporting solutions with scalable, user-centric analytics platforms.
  • Design and implement interactive Tableau dashboards that provide actionable business insights and executive-level visibility.
  • Analyze enterprise data models and reporting architectures to improve performance, scalability, usability, and data accuracy.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on reporting issues and implement long-term solutions that improve reliability and reduce support overhead.
  • Design and optimize data structures, semantic layers, and reporting environments supporting large-scale enterprise operations.
  • Create technical documentation, data dictionaries, reporting standards, and governance processes that ensure long-term maintainability.
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to build and optimize ETL pipelines utilizing technologies such as SSIS, Azure Synapse, and enterprise data warehouse solutions.
  • Support enterprise analytics initiatives involving financial management, workforce analytics, procurement, supply chain, treasury operations, and operational reporting.
  • Drive best practices around business intelligence architecture, dimensional modeling, data warehousing, and reporting governance.
  • Mentor technical teams and business users on reporting tools, analytics strategies, and data visualization best practices.

What We're Looking For Required Experience
  • 5+ years of SAP BusinessObjects architecture and administration experience.
  • 5+ years designing and developing complex enterprise reporting solutions within SAP environments.
  • 5+ years building advanced Web Intelligence reports, dashboards, and analytical applications.
  • 5+ years of Tableau administration and dashboard development experience.
  • Proven experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and enterprise reporting frameworks.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience supporting large-scale public sector, government, or highly regulated enterprise environments.
  • Experience with Microsoft SSIS and enterprise ETL development.
  • Exposure to Azure-based analytics and cloud data platforms.
  • Experience integrating multiple enterprise systems into unified reporting ecosystems.
  • Knowledge of financial, HR, payroll, procurement, treasury, or operational reporting domains.
