Specialty Programs Analyst (Hybrid | Irving, TX)

Join CornerStone Technology Talent Services in supporting a leading healthcare organization that is transforming specialty operations through data, automation, and AI-driven decision making. We are seeking an analytical operations professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex supply chain challenges, and can leverage modern technologies to improve business outcomes.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in healthcare operations, specialty pharmacy, pharmaceutical distribution, supply chain, or business operations who wants to make a direct impact on product availability, inventory optimization, and customer satisfaction.

Location: Irving, TX (Hybrid - 2 days onsite weekly)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Occasional coverage until 7:30 PM CST approximately twice per month)
What You'll Do
You'll become part of a highly collaborative operations team responsible for supporting critical healthcare supply chain programs that ensure products reach patients efficiently while improving inventory utilization and operational excellence.

In this role, you'll:
  • Execute and support specialty program operations including inventory replenishment, allocation, and substitution workflows
  • Maintain business rules and operational configurations within enterprise systems
  • Monitor operational processes from intake through completion while ensuring accuracy and timely execution
  • Analyze operational data and identify opportunities for improved efficiency
  • Partner across multiple business groups including Supply Chain, Portfolio Management, Pricing, Clinical, Customer Operations, Sales, Distribution, and Master Data teams
  • Develop reporting and dashboards using modern analytics tools
  • Track operational KPIs and identify trends that improve business performance
  • Support customer issue resolution and operational escalations
  • Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools as part of your daily workflow to improve productivity, documentation quality, business analysis, and operational decision making
What We're Looking For
We're searching for professionals who enjoy combining business operations with technology and data analysis.
Required Experience
  • 2+ years supporting healthcare operations, pharmaceutical operations, supply chain, business operations, analytics, program management, or similar environments
  • Experience working with ERP or enterprise business systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across cross-functional teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Experience
Experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Specialty pharmacy
  • Pharmaceutical distribution
  • Healthcare supply chain
  • Inventory management
  • Product allocation
  • Replenishment planning
  • Distribution operations
  • Order management
  • Operations analytics
Technical Skills
Experience with one or more of the following technologies is highly desirable:
  • SAP
  • Salesforce
  • Power BI
  • Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred)
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Microsoft Outlook
  • Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Microsoft Copilot or other AI productivity tools
  • Business reporting and dashboard development
  • Data analysis and workflow automation
