Job Description

Supply Chain Master Data Analyst (Data Governance & Systems Optimization)
Location: Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

We’re partnering with forward-thinking organizations to elevate how data drives supply chain performance—and we’re looking for a Master Data Analyst who thrives at the intersection of data governance, systems, and operational excellence.

This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible role where your work directly impacts data integrity, system performance, and enterprise-wide decision-making. If you’re someone who understands that clean, governed data is the backbone of scalable supply chain operations, this is built for you.

What You’ll Be Driving
You won’t just maintain data—you’ll architect how it flows, scales, and delivers value across the business.
  • Own and evolve master data governance frameworks across product and customer domains
  • Design and enforce data standards, policies, and SOPs that ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance
  • Act as a functional expert in product lifecycle and item master management, including finished goods specifications
  • Partner cross-functionally with IT, supply chain, and business teams to resolve complex data issues and optimize system integrations
  • Lead data quality initiatives, including cleansing, validation, and KPI tracking across enterprise systems
  • Identify breakdowns in data flow and drive root cause analysis + process redesign
  • Support ERP enhancements, testing, and large-scale data updates with a focus on system reliability and scalability
  • Champion data governance adoption through training, stakeholder alignment, and best practices

What Sets This Role Apart
This isn’t a ticket-processing data role. This is for someone who:
  • Thinks in systems, not spreadsheets
  • Understands how data governance connects to business outcomes
  • Can bridge the gap between technical teams and operational stakeholders
  • Enjoys solving messy, ambiguous data problems and turning them into repeatable, scalable processes

What You Bring
  • 3–5+ years in supply chain, data governance, or master data management
  • Strong experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
  • Proven ability to manage data quality, governance frameworks, and cross-functional data flows
  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large, complex datasets
  • Solid understanding of supply chain operations, regulatory considerations, and data lifecycle management
  • Ability to troubleshoot data issues across systems and drive resolution at the root level
  • Strong communication skills—you can influence without authority and drive alignment across teams

Who You Are
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, but able to zoom out and see the bigger picture
  • Process-driven, with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Naturally curious—you don’t just fix issues, you ask why they happened

Why Work With Us
We specialize in connecting top-tier talent with organizations that value data as a strategic asset. Our approach goes beyond job placement—we align your expertise with opportunities where you can drive impact, influence strategy, and grow your career in meaningful ways.
