Job Title: Wealth Management Product Owner

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Wealth Management Product Owner to drive the delivery and enhancement of investment and wealth management platforms within a large-scale financial services environment. This individual will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring product requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and delivered successfully.
The ideal candidate brings deep wealth management expertise, experience supporting digital asset initiatives, and a strong background in business analysis and product ownership. This role requires close collaboration with business leaders, architects, developers, QA teams, and operational stakeholders to deliver strategic technology solutions supporting investment products and client services.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as Product Owner for wealth management technology initiatives and product enhancements.
• Gather, analyze, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap priorities, and success criteria.
• Translate complex business needs into actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
• Coordinate delivery efforts across development, quality assurance, architecture, and support teams.
• Facilitate communication between upstream and downstream systems teams to ensure successful integration and implementation.
• Participate in backlog management, sprint planning, testing, release planning, and production support activities.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support initiatives involving digital investment products, including cryptocurrency-related offerings and emerging financial technologies.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements to increase operational efficiency and client experience.
Required Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related product delivery roles.
• Strong background in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating end-to-end technology delivery efforts.
• Experience working within Wealth Management, Investment Management, Private Banking, or related financial services environments.
• Experience supporting digital asset initiatives, cryptocurrency investment products, or related financial technology platforms.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and product management practices.
• Experience working with enterprise-scale technology organizations and complex financial systems.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience within large financial services organizations supporting wealth management products.
• Experience with investment advisory platforms, portfolio management systems, trading platforms, or client servicing applications.
• Knowledge of ETF products, alternative investments, digital assets, and evolving investment technologies.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Architecture, Development, QA, Operations, and Business Leadership.
• Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, CBAP, or similar are a plus.
