Job Title: Web Content Maintenance Specialist
Location: 100% Onsite – Fort Worth, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible hours)
Type: Contract

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Web Content Maintenance Specialist to support the ongoing upkeep and optimization of our flagship website and specialty webpages. This role is not focused on web development from scratch, but rather maintaining, updating, and troubleshooting content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and functionality across all web pages. You’ll partner directly with a highly experienced web designer who currently manages the entire digital environment alone.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update web content including seasonal clinic information, business hours, and ad hoc landing pages

  • Perform content adjustments including text edits, photo swaps, and layout fixes

  • Troubleshoot technical issues in HTML, JavaScript, and CMS environment

  • Ensure all content maintains branding and formatting consistency across pages

  • Move pages from development to production, often during evening hours

  • Be available during weather-related events for urgent updates, sometimes during off-hours

  • Input data accurately into Yext and maintain database alignment

  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver changes

  • Collaborate with third-party vendors for technical resolutions when needed

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS

  • Familiarity with JavaScript; able to identify and understand script errors

  • Experience using content management systems (e.g., Optimizely, SharePoint)

  • Working knowledge of Yext and understanding of database-driven content

  • Understanding of basic UX/UI principles to ensure user-friendly page layouts

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug and resolve web issues

  • High attention to detail to maintain design and content consistency

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to take and act on feedback quickly

  • Dependable, responsive, and comfortable working independently
